Baked pancakes with meat filling

The main ingredients for pancakes:
- flour – 300 g;

- milk – 600 ml;

- carrots, red bell peppers and white onions – 1 pc.;
- minced meat – 500 g;
- canned corn – 300 g;
- green canned peas – 200 g;
- soft cheese – 100 g;
- hard cheese – 200 g;
- freshly ground black pepper and salt to taste.
Main ingredients for pouring:
- chicken egg – 4 pcs.;
- milk – 100 ml;
- chopped parsley – 1 handful;
- dried basil – 1 pinch.
Cooking method
Cooking pancake dough (beat eggs, add ½ part milk, sugar and salt, mix and dilute with milk until obtaining the desired consistency of the test) and bake them.
To make the filling, chop the onions and carrots finely a cube. Fry all this in a small amount of oil and add mince here. After thorough frying, when there is no raw left minced particles, add canned peas and corn, with which previously drained the liquid. As well as chopped shallow diced red pepper. Stew for 3-5 minutes over medium heat.
Grate the cheese and put off ½ part. Add the minced meat just two types of grated cheese, a little more salt and pepper and add greens if desired. Keep the mixture on fire until it’s time until the cheese will not melt.
Take a baking dish, grease with oil. Set the oven bask up to 180 C. Put a pancake on a comfortable flat surface, spread the toasted filling with a spoon, wrap as usual roll and put into shape. Sprinkle with cheese on top.
