This casserole is perfect for a home holiday and you can take along for a picnic. - 2 tbsp. fat cream
- 2.5 tbsp. whole milk
- 2 tsp flour
- 0.5 tsp salt + optional for cooking noodles
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp. grated cheese fountain
- 3/4 Art. finely grated parmesan
- 3/4 Art. grated mozzarella
- 110 gr. finished ham, diced (optional)
- 2 tbsp. l finely chopped fresh italian leaves parsley

Recipe preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 230 ° C.
- Butter a glass baking dish the size of 22×32 cm. Boil the noodles in a large pan with boiling salted water to al dente, stirring often, for 5 minutes. Drain, but do not wash the noodles.
- Whip cream, milk, flour, 0.5 tsp in a large bowl. salt and black pepper. Stir in 1 tbsp. fountains, 0.5 tbsp. Parmesan, 0.5 tbsp. mozzarella, ham, if you use it, and parsley. Add noodles and mix to coat with sauce. Transfer the whole mixture to prepared baking dish.
