- eggs – 6 pcs.;
- filo dough – 2 sheets;
- brown champignons – 9 pcs.;

- olive oil – 1 tablespoon;

Cooking method
In a saucepan, melt 1 tablespoon of butter, then cut into thin plates washed and slightly dried mushrooms. Garlic should be cut into thin slices. The bow should be cut into thin half rings.
In a pan, heat the olive and remaining butter, put mushrooms, garlic and onions in it. Then all this pepper, salt and fry. Finely chop the washed parsley and add it to the mushrooms in the pan. Fry no more than 2 minutes.
Take 1 sheet of filo and put on the table. Lubricate the second filo sheet melted butter and put on the first, after which the top sheet also needs to be greased plentifully.
