- 140 gr. frozen spinach (thaw and thoroughly wring out)
- 1/2 tbsp. finely grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 whole egg
- 1.5 tsp dried basil
- 1.5 tsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp coarse salt
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tbsp. bread crumbs (for minced meat and bread roll)

Recipe preparation:
