  • Blue cheese with mold for the top

Recipe preparation:

  1. Mix leeks and endives with olive oil and a dining room spoon of red wine vinegar. Put the vegetables on a foil and sprinkle oil, wrap the edges. Place the bag on preheated grill to medium temperature, and bake until soft, 10 – 12 min. Sprinkle with crumbled blue cheese on top.
