Full dinner – delicious lamb cooked in a sleeve at home with vegetables. The dish is simple to make, just chop vegetables, in any set, coat a whole piece of meat in spices, fill them with a sleeve, the oven will do the rest.

  1. Cut leek into thin half rings. Tomatoes and cut the squash into small pieces. Eggplant and sweet dice the pepper.
  2. In a volumetric bowl, mix onions, tomatoes, squash, eggplant, pepper. Add salt, pepper, mix gently.
  3. Arrange vegetables in hand for baking.
  4. Separately in a bowl, mix olive oil, thyme, chopped garlic. Lightly salt, pepper, mix well.
  5. Coat the lamb with the cooked mass and also put it in the sleeve.
  6. Sleeve lay the baking dish and cook in an oven at a temperature of 180 degrees and a half hours.
  7. When serving the finished dish, cut the meat into small pieces, lay on a plate next to the stewed vegetables.
