Baked fruit in foil

While on a picnic, treat yourself to a charcoal-baked dessert fruit. Fold crushed cookies with sliced fruit in foil, sprinkle with sugar, drizzle with lime, wrap and fry.   • 2 tbsp. crushed ginger cookies
  • 4 tbsp. l (60 gr.) Butter
  • 2 tbsp. l plus 2 tsp Sahara
  • A pinch of salt
  • 4 tsp lime zest
  • 2 lime juice
  • 4 tsp brandy

Recipe preparation:

  1. Light a charcoal grill or prepare a smoldering fire. Cut 8 (45×45 cm.) Sheets of foil. Fold two squares together to make 4 strong sheets of foil. I’m right on each sprinkle crumbled cookies, spread fruit on top and insert pieces of butter randomly.
  2. In a small bowl, combine sugar, salt and lime zest. Sprinkle fruit mixture, sprinkle them with juice and brandy and wrap the foil.
