Baked eggplant with tomatoes and mushrooms

A delicious, satisfying dish will cook at home from eggplant with tomatoes. All foods are healthy, especially mushrooms (recently their antitumor effect was confirmed, it’s enough to eat in day five champignons). Mushrooms are not nutritious inferior to ceps.

  1. Wash eggplant, cut into slices, salt, after half an hour rinse under running water (to remove specific bitterness).
  2. Cut tomatoes and mushrooms in circles.
  3. For sauce in a bowl, mix thick sour cream with chopped garlic.
  4. Place eggplant in a greased baking dish, lightly salt.
  5. Distribute the mushrooms in eggplant circles.
  6. Lay tomatoes on top of the mushrooms.
  7. Grease with sour cream sauce.
  8. Sprinkle with finely chopped cheese and remove half an hour at 180 degrees.
  9. Sprinkle ready-made eggplant with chopped herbs.
