  8. For sauce in a saucepan melt butter, add flour, stir fry.
  9. Pour milk, add salt, pepper, warm until thickened, stirring constantly, remove from heat.
  10. Fry minced meat in portioned tins.
  11. Add the sauce.
  12. After 10 minutes, when the mince is soaked, put the stewed eggplant.
  13. Pour grated cheese with the last layer, put the molds on pan, put in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
