We wash the chicken thighs and legs, put them in a bowl, add soy sauce, oil (3 tablespoons), vinegar, ground pepper, salt and well mix. Cover the chicken and leave for at least 30 minutes, 2 hours better.

We wash the cabbage, cut it in half and cut it exactly stump. We cut each half into thin slices so that leaves, if possible, remained on the stem.
