Baked Chicken with Cabbage

  1. We wash the chicken thighs and legs, put them in a bowl, add soy sauce, oil (3 tablespoons), vinegar, ground pepper, salt and well mix. Cover the chicken and leave for at least 30 minutes, 2 hours better.

  2. We wash the cabbage, cut it in half and cut it exactly stump. We cut each half into thin slices so that leaves, if possible, remained on the stem.

  3. Rub the prepared cabbage slices with salt, grease with oil (4 tbsp) and put on a baking sheet. Add marinated on top thighs with legs, grease the cabbage with marinade, sprinkle everything with ground pepper and send to the oven.

  4. Bake chicken with cabbage at 220 degrees 35-40 minutes, until pieces of chicken will not be ready and will not be browned. We spread the chicken on a plate, and bake cabbage for another 10-15 minutes.

  5. We take out the fragrant cabbage, put it on the serving dish, add juicy legs, hips on top and serve with vegetable salad. Chicken can be marinated in garlic or ketchup mayonnaise and add any spices to taste.
