  1. The first thing we do is prepare the dressing. Mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar and honey. Mix to homogeneity.
  2. We clean the chicken liver from the veins.
  3. Heat the pan over medium heat and add the creamy butter. Cut apples into slices. Fry apples on all sides about 4 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle apples with sugar, wait for sugar caramelized. Add chicken liver, pour in cognac and evaporate it. Remove everything from the fire.
  5. In a bowl, mix apples, lettuce, liver, pomegranate seeds and pine nuts. Put the finished salad on a plate, season dressing and serve.
