- The first thing we do is prepare the dressing. Mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar and honey. Mix to homogeneity.
- We clean the chicken liver from the veins.
- Heat the pan over medium heat and add the creamy butter. Cut apples into slices. Fry apples on all sides about 4 minutes.
