Recipe preparation:

  1. Place the grill in the middle of the oven. Put inside a baking sheet. Preheat the oven to 220 ° C.
  2. Chop the zira seeds lightly and pour them into a medium bowl. Trim the ends of the celery root, then peel and discard peel. Cut into layers 2 cm thick, and then into even cubes. Mix chopped celery root in a bowl with zira, olive oil, 1 tsp. salt and a little ground black pepper.
