Baked Cauliflower with Chickpeas

  • 1 head of cauliflower disassembled for inflorescences
  • 1 can (540 gr.) Chickpeas (drain brine)
  • 1 tbsp. l ground turmeric
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp fennel seed
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 Art. vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp. l grated fresh ginger
  • 1/2 sliced sweet onion heads
  • Sprigs of fresh cilantro, for decoration
  • 1/2 lime juice

Recipe preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 205 ° C.
  2. In a dry frying pan over high heat, fry coriander, turmeric, cumin and fennel seeds, as well as cayenne pepper until aroma, 2-3 minutes
  3. Pour oil into a large bowl and then add the fried spice. Add ginger, cauliflower, chickpeas, onions and well mix.
  4. Put on a baking sheet, salt and pepper. Bake in oven for 30-35 minutes, until the cauliflower is soft and browned. Serve with sprigs of cilantro by watering with fresh juice лайма.
