Barbecue sauce from Nili:

  • 2 tbsp. ketchup
  • 1 tbsp. water
  • 1/2 tbsp. cider vinegar
  • 5 tbsp. l light brown sugar
  • 5 tbsp. l Sahara
  • 1/2 tbsp. l freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tbsp. l onion powder
  • 1/2 tbsp. l mustard powder
  • 1 tbsp. l lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. l Worcester sauce

Recipe preparation:
