Today I have the bagels recipe again. Last time we already realized that this is practically our bagel. But this time did with spinach and tuna and yes yes yes let slippers fly at me, with mayonnaise. This is delicious.

- Cut the bagel in half and fry for 1 minute from the inside side on a dry frying pan.
- Slice the tomatoes.
- Lubricate the bagel with mayonnaise on the inside.
- Put spinach leaves, fish, tomatoes and capers on top.
- Close the second half of the bagel and enjoy the delicious breakfast.
