Recipe preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 230 degrees. Pepper and salt well. steak on both sides. Wrap the steak with bacon and fasten a toothpick.
  2. Heat a heat-resistant pan over medium heat. Add butter and olive oil. Add the steak to the pan and fry with both sides to a nice color, about 1 min. with each side.
  3. Remove the pan from the stove and place in the oven to finish cooking. Bake for 7 to 10 minutes. Take out oven and let rest 5 min. before serving. You can Serve filet mignon with mushroom sauce and mustard.
