- Dice the bacon. Heat the pan over medium heat. without oil, fry the bacon, stirring, 4-5 minutes.
- In the same pan, fry the bread for 1 minute with each side.
- Slice the tomato and cheese into slices 2-3 mm thick. Take 3 lettuce leaf (one for each sandwich).
- Spread the bread with tartar sauce, lay the layers of bacon, slices cheese and tomato, cover with lettuce and a second slice of bread.
