I propose to cook at home a delicious salad of avocado, shrimp and fennel. Avocados and prawns complement each other perfectly, for giving a pleasant acidity I advise you to make a dish with an orange and fennel.

- Fry the shrimps until cooked in a pan with the addition of a small amount of oil.
- In a bowl, mix citrus juice and olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.
- Remove the films from the orange and extract the segments.
- Avocado cut in half, remove the stone. Using a spoon take out the flesh and cut into thin pieces.
- Fennel is cut in half and finely chopped.
- Mix finely chopped onion, arugula in a deep bowl, fennel and avocado. Dress with sauce. Put it on a plate and top with shrimp and orange. Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve.
