- Remove the peel from the avocado, take out the stone. Fold Avocado Pulp into the blender. If there is no blender, you can mash the avocado with a fork, and finely chop the remaining ingredients.
- Add nuts, basil, parsley, olive (or vegetable) oil, salt, lemon juice and garlic.
- Punch to a homogeneous mass. Add salt if necessary. If a the consistency seems very loose, add more oil.
- Store in a closed container in the refrigerator.
