Delicious avocado and basil sauce goes well with meat, fish and snacks. Can be done in advance and used as a sauce to pasta.

  1. Remove the peel from the avocado, take out the stone. Fold Avocado Pulp into the blender. If there is no blender, you can mash the avocado with a fork, and finely chop the remaining ingredients.
  2. Add nuts, basil, parsley, olive (or vegetable) oil, salt, lemon juice and garlic.
  3. Punch to a homogeneous mass. Add salt if necessary. If a the consistency seems very loose, add more oil.
  4. Store in a closed container in the refrigerator.
