  1. Mix shrimp marinade in a bowl, combining olive oil, juice from lemon, garlic, salt and pepper.
  2. Defrost shrimp. Put in the marinade for half an hour. Then fry the shrimp for a couple of minutes in a pan.
  3. Peel the grapefruit and divide into slices. From half grapefruit squeeze juice.
  4. Cut avocado into slices. Dice the cucumber.
  5. Mix salad dressing in a plate: grapefruit juice, 2 tsp. olive oil, wine vinegar, mustard, honey and spices.
  6. Put greens on a plate, put slices of grapefruit on top, avocado slices, cucumber cubes and fried shrimp.
  7. Pour sauce over serving. Enjoy your meal!
