For the preparation of asparagus for the winter you will need:
- green asparagus 1 kg (you can take white)
- wine white vinegar 100 ml
- lemon 4 slices
- white wine 200 ml
- sugar 100 gr

You can make asparagus with lemon in wine So:
Thoroughly rinse the stems, put them in bundles of 4 pieces. Cut in half.
Tie the halves of the stems with cotton thread.
In boiling water add 1 slice of lemon and 1 teaspoon of sugar. Fold the bundles and cook for 15 minutes.
