- 0.5 tbsp. lightly salted soy sauce
- 1/4 Art. corn starch
- 3 tbsp. l sherry
- 2 tbsp. l brown sugar
- 1 tbsp. l chopped fresh ginger
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves, minced garlic
- 3 tbsp. l peanut or olive oil
- 1/4 Art. beef broth
- 1/4 Art. oyster sauce
- Chow mein noodles for serving

Recipe preparation:
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, corn starch, sherry, brown sugar, ginger, onions and garlic. Pour half the liquid on chopped meat in a bowl and mix by hand. Remaining sauce set aside.
- In a pan with a thick bottom (preferably cast iron) or in a wok, heat over high heat vegetable oil. Add broccoli and fry, stirring for a minute. Put on a plate.
- Heat the pan again. Put in one layer with forceps pieces of meat. You can move the pieces by adding others, but not mix them for a minute (you should be able to toasted meat in a short period of time). Turn the meat on the other side and fry for another 30 seconds. Transfer to clean a plate.
