  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 small ginger root, 2.5 – 3 cm in size, cut straws
  • 3 tbsp. Shiitake mushroom caps, cut into four parts
  • 1 clove of garlic, cut into slices
  • 1/3 Art. boiled water
  • 1 tbsp. l soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp. l (15 gr.) Butter
  • Salt and Freshly Ground Peppers

Recipe preparation:

  1. Fry ginger slices in a large skillet in sesame oil, 1 minute. Add shiitake mushrooms and garlic, fry, stirring, 2 min. Add asparagus and water, bring to a boil; cover and continue cook until soft, 3 min. Add soy sauce and cream oil, boil, stirring, 1 min. Season with salt and pepper.
