- We wash the pork, cut into strips.
- Peel the onion and chop coarsely.
- Bell pepper peeled from the stalk and seeds, cut large straws.
- Pour vegetable oil into a wok pan.
- First fry the onion over high heat for a minute or two.
- Add bell pepper, sauté too over high heat a couple of minutes, stirring constantly.
- Add pork and fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Peel and finely chop the garlic and ginger. Add to the pork with vegetables.
- Fry for 2 minutes.
- Add soy sauce and Teriyaki sauce for frying.
- Salt to taste and add red pepper.
- Fry all together until the sauce is completely evaporated.
