Asian pork in salad bowls

Easy recipe for delicious Asian-style pork appetizer with rice noodles. For it you will need ready-made natural pork cutlets from a loin to a bone. A great idea would be to use their leftovers from yesterday’s dinner, for example. Slice the meat into strips and quickly fry to warm with Asian sauce. For filing use thick lettuce leaves. Put them in them, like in bowls, meat, a little rice noodles and sprinkle with crispy peanuts and greens. You can serve as a snack or as a full-fledged light dinner.   • 2 tbsp. l rice vinegar
  • 2 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 clove garlic, grated
  • 1 pack 400 gr. rice noodle
  • 2 tbsp. l rapeseed oil
  • 0.9 kg ready-made natural pork cutlets, sliced into strips
  • 1 head of bibb lettuce, split the leaves
  • To serve: chopped peanuts, mint leaves, leaves cilantro, bean sprouts and siraca sauce

Recipe preparation:

  1. In a bowl, mix the Hoisin sauce with vinegar, ginger and garlic.
  2. Soak the rice noodles in hot water so that it softens in according to the recommendation on the package. Cut it into more small noodles for serving.
  3. In a frying pan over medium heat, heat oil, then add strips of pork and quickly fry to warm. Add a mixture of Hoisin sauce and mix. Remove from the stove.
  4. Serve the pork in Bibb lettuce bowls, sprinkled with chopped peanuts, mint, cilantro, bean sprouts and watering with siraca sauce. Lay rice noodles next to it.
