Asian Chicken

Recipe preparation:

  1. Combine all ingredients, with the exception of starch and onion, in large saucepan and bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce until low heat and leave to stew, lid, periodically turn over. Stew until the chicken is soft, about another 30-35 minutes
  2. Put the chicken on the dish. Remove garlic and ginger and discard their. Bring the sauce to a boil, remove excess fat and cook until it will not evaporate a little, about 10 minutes. Stir in a mixture of starch and water and bring to a boil.
  3. Remove from heat, add chicken and roll in sauce. Serve chicken with sauce and green onions.
