- 2 carrots, coarsely chopped
- 2 stalks of celery, thinly sliced
- 3 tbsp. l finely chopped peeled ginger
- 3 chopped green onions
- 4 tbsp. lightly salted chicken stock
- 4 star anise (star anise)
- 120 gr. spaghetti broken into 3 parts
- 16 frozen mini-wontons
- 4 tbsp. spinach

Recipe preparation:
- In a large saucepan over moderate heat, heat 1 tbsp. l chili oil. Add carrots, celery and ginger, then stir green onion, laying separately 2 tbsp. l Salt, pepper and fry, stirring occasionally until ginger softens, about 2 minutes.
- Salt and pepper the chicken and add to the pan along with chicken stock and star anise. Cover and over high heat bring to a boil, about 5 minutes. Stir in the wontons and cook until tender, 1-2 minutes. Add spinach, chopped chicken and warm everything; salt and pepper taste.
