In a large pan, add 0.5 tbsp. water, 0.5 tbsp. wine, 500 gr. frozen artichoke cores, 3 wide strips of lemon peel, 2 tbsp. l lemon juice and 2 tbsp. l olive oil and bring almost to a boil; season with salt and pepper. Close the lid and cook by mixing after 5 minutes until the artichokes soften, about 10 minutes Remove the lid and add 2 chopped cloves garlic and 2 tbsp. l olive oil, chopped parsley and mint.
