- The first thing we do is prepare yogurt dressing.
- Finely chop the mint leaves and add to the yogurt.
- In a bowl with mint and yogurt, squeeze the juice from the lemon. Good mix.
- We cut the daikon into thin straws.
- Pineapple is also cut into thin straws and added to daikon.
- At the apple, carefully remove the core, while the apple should stay whole. Cut into very thin rings (slices) and add to pineapple and daikon.
