I cook small tasty meatballs at home, but you can make bigger cutlets. Ideal for any side dishes: cereals, pasta, potatoes. I cook without bread, carrots and onions give juiciness. Can remove the carrots and add 0.5 cups of rice.

  1. Finely chop the onion or pass through a meat grinder.
  2. Three carrots on a fine grater.
  3. Add the onion, carrot, egg, garlic, spices to the minced meat. Mix and form meatballs.
  4. We spread the meatballs in a pan with heated oil.
  5. While the first side is fried (over low heat without lids), make the sauce. I mix tomato paste, sour cream, water, spices and sugar.
  6. After 7 minutes I turn the meatballs and pour the sauce. Cover and carcass over low heat for 25-30 minutes.
