  1. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, horseradish, ground pepper and salt (1 pinch).

  2. We divide chicory into leaves (boats). We open peas and merge.

  3. Smoked salmon cut into thin slices, divide dill into small twigs.

  4. Grease chicory leaves with mayonnaise mixture, add peas, in the middle we place smoked salmon, decorate with sprigs of dill and sprinkle with ground pepper.

  5. Put the filled chicory leaves on a plate and serve immediately on the holiday table.
