To do this, mix grated mozzarella with smoked gouda and put in prepared loaf, alternating with caramelized onions. Bake in the oven, and before serving, sprinkle with fresh herbs and fried bacon. Recipe preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 175 ° C. Cover the parchment baking sheet paper.
- Heat a large frying pan with a lid over medium-high heat and add the bacon. Stir fry until bacon is golden colors, about 9 minutes. Using a slotted spoon, put it on a plate. Add in a pan and fry, cover, periodically stirring and scraping adhering pieces from the bottom of the pan, if necessary, until the onion releases its juices and caramelizes, it will become golden and soft, about 30 minutes.
