- 450 gr fusilli pastes (spirals)
- 0.5 tbsp. Striped hard salami (approx. 80 gr.)
- 0.5 tbsp. smoked turkey strips (approx. 80 gr.)
- 1/4 Art. strip cheese
- 1/4 Art. grated cheese asiago
- 2 tbsp. l green olives, pitted, cut in half
- 2 tbsp. l baked sweet red pepper, chopped stripes
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp freshly ground black pepper
Vinaigrette dressing
- 1 bunch of fresh basil, chop the leaves only (about 2 Art.)
- 1/4 Art. red wine vinegar
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 3/4 Art. extra virgin olive oil

Recipe preparation:
- Vinaigrette dressing: mix basil in a blender, vinegar, garlic, mustard, salt and black pepper. Whisk until greens won’t be finely chopped. Without stopping the blender, pour in olive oil until dressing is uniform.
- In a large saucepan over high heat, bring salted water to boiling. Add the fusilli paste and cook, stirring occasionally, to the state of al dente, 8-10 minutes. Drain the water.
- In a large bowl, mix the boiled pasta with the rest salad ingredients. Pour dressing and mix so that everything evenly coat. Serve.
