  1. Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat. Add cream. Cook for 5 minutes, do not forget to stir.
  2. Grate the cheese. Add to pan. Extrude garlic. Cook for several minutes until smooth. Stir constantly.
  3. Heat the pan. Pour in flour. Fry until cooked light brown color.
  4. Put the fried flour into the saucepan, constantly stirring so that there are no lumps.
  5. Grind parsley and add to the sauce.
  6. As soon as the sauce thickens (3-5 minutes), remove from heat.
