Make the famous silky pasta texture, adding pumpkin puree to cream-cheese sauce. With him the texture of the creamy sauce will become more silky, and the taste – saturated. In addition, replacing part of the butter and cream with vegetable mashed potatoes, you will make your paste more healthy and low-calorie, not losing taste. - 450 gr fettuccine pasta
- 3/4 Art. fat cream

- 450 gr diced squash (approximately 4 in total) Art.)
- 0.5 tsp grated nutmeg + additionally for filing
- 60 gr grated parmesan (about 3/4 tbsp.) + additionally for filing

Recipe preparation:
- Mix in a medium-sized saucepan, cream, butter, pumpkin and 3/4 tbsp. water and bring to a boil. Turn down the fire and continue cooking at low boil until the pumpkin becomes soft when pierced with a fork, about 15 minutes. Chop pumpkin using a submersible blender to a smooth creamy mass, 3 – 5 minutes. Season with nutmeg and 1 tsp. salt.
- In the meantime, bring a large pot of salted water to boiling. Add the paste and cook until al dente in according to the recommendations on the packaging. Then drain, ebb separately 0.5 tbsp.
- Stir pasta and parmesan into pumpkin sauce and carefully mix. Add water from the paste to 1 tbsp. l at a time if you need to make the sauce more fluid. Serve, optionally sprinkled even parmesan and nutmeg.
