  1. Cut eggplant into cubes, put in a bowl, cover well with salt. And put under the press for 20 minutes.
  2. Chop onions, grate carrots.
  3. Rinse the meat, dry it with a paper towel, and then chop in small pieces.
  4. In an oiled pan, fry the onions and carrots for 3 minutes. Add meat and fry for another 5 minutes.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer meat for 20 minutes. While preparing vegetables.
  6. For bell pepper, remove the stalk and seed core. Sweet peppers and potatoes cut into cubes.
  7. Pour the tomatoes with boiling water and peel them. Then chop their cubicamia.
  8. Finely chop the greens. Chop the garlic.
  9. Lay the fried meat with onions and carrots in layers: potatoes, eggplant (squeeze and rinse them), bell peppers, tomatoes and herbs, sprinkling layers of salt, pepper and garlic.
  10. Simmer ajapsandali for 40 minutes over low heat.
