  1. Finely chop the garlic, and grind the cumin in a mortar with with salt. African Harissa
  2. Pepper must be washed and dried, put on a baking sheet, cover with foil, bake for 40 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees. To give cool, remove seeds and grind in a blender. Mix pepper garlic and cumin, add salt, sugar and mix thoroughly.
  3. Arrange this mixture in jars, pour oil into each jar (2-3 tbsp.spoons).
  4. Roll up in jars. African Harissa
