Stew until rice is soft, then puree. 34. Carrot with dill. Cook carrot soup (No. 33); do not use ginger and add chopped dill. Garnish with sour cream. 35. “Pappa al Pomodoro.” Toast chopped onion in butter until soft; add 3 chopped cloves of garlic, a little red pepper in cereal, 1 large jar chopped tomatoes, 1 tbsp. water and a sprig of basil. Add 2 tbsp. cubes of stale bread; cook at low boil for 20 minutes.

Add 8 tbsp. chicken stock and a bunch of fresh greens; cook at low boil for 40 minutes. Salt and pepper. 47. Garlic with chorizo. Make garlic soup (No. 46); in the last 10 minutes add 110 gr. sliced chorizo. Add chopped spinach. 48. Garlic with rapini. Cook the garlic soup (No. 46); in the last 10 minutes add chopped rapeseed and small pasta. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan. 49. With tomatoes and lime. Cook garlic soup (No. 46); add 3 sliced plum-like tomatoes in the last 3 min. Stir in lime juice and chopped cilantro. 50. With peas and pesto. Cook the garlic soup (No. 46); add 1 tbsp. frozen peas in the last 5 min. Stir in pesto and grated Parmesan.
