How to cook kebab
1. Cut the ingredients into pieces of the same size and cook as indicated in the recipe. If marinade is used, fish leave in the refrigerator for 1 hour, and meat and game – for several hours or at night. 2. Preheat the grill to high temperature. String the ingredients on the skewers. 3. Fry kebab, turning until the pieces are slightly charred at the edges and will not reach the desired readiness, from 3 to 15 minutes. If you use wooden skewers, soak them in water for 20 before frying минут.1. Kebab “Steakhouse”. Prepare the marinade by taking 3 tbsp. l olive oil and 1 tbsp. l soy sauce, worcestershire sauce, chopped parsley and thyme. Add salt and pepper and marinate chopped diced beef (back lumbar). String on skewers along with onions, mushrooms and boiled potatoes and fry the kebab on grill. 2. Korean beef. Pickle thinly sliced short ribs with pieces of green onion in the following mixture: 1/3 Art. sugar and white wine, 3 tbsp. l sesame oil, 1/2 tbsp. soy sauce, 2 crushed cloves of garlic and 1 grated Asian (pear) pear. String so that the meat is flat, and fry. 3. Kufta with beef. Mix 450 gr. beef minced meat, 2 minced shallots, 3 minced cloves of garlic, 1/2 tbsp. chopped parsley, 2 tsp. cumin, coriander, paprika and dried mint, 1/2 tsp. cinnamon. Form 2.5 cm balls string and grill kebabs. 4. Stuffed peppers on skewers. Prepare a mixture for kyufta with beef (No. 3), adding 1/2 tbsp. chopped olives. Start minced small bell peppers, having previously removed the core from vegetables. String on skewers and grease with olive oil. Toast by adding salt and greasing with lemon juice. 5. Beef kebab with herbs. Marinate diced beef (lumbar part) in 1/2 tbsp. crushed olive oil clove of garlic, a pinch of salt, a pinch of red pepper in cereal and various greens torn into leaves. String on skewers and fry. 6. Satei of beef. Chop thinly flank steak (beef flank) and marinate in the following mixture: 2 Art. l lime juice and fish sauce, 1 tbsp. l sugar and spicy chili sauce, 3 tbsp. l cilantro. String on skewers and fry. Serve skewers with peanut sauce and peanuts. 7. Kebab from beef with chili. Stir diced beef (back lumbar part) with 3 tbsp. l brown sugar, 3 tbsp. l chili powder, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp. fresh thyme and pepper. Pickle the meat. String on skewers and fry, greasing with a mixture of 1/4 Art. apple cider vinegar, 1/4 tbsp. brown sugar and 1 tsp. chili powder.
8. Kebab with beef and bacon. Boil the strips of bacon for 5 minutes., then cut into pieces. String skewers into skewers beef, onions and bell peppers with cherry tomatoes and bacon. Salt and pepper. Grill the barbecue, pouring a mixture of barbecue sauce and olive oil taken in equal parts. 9. Hungarian beef. Marinate diced beef in a mixture of 1/2 tbsp. olive oil, 2 crushed cloves garlic, a pinch of salt, 1/2 tsp. paprika and 2 tsp. shredded cumin seeds. 10. Kebab from pork “in a pirate way.” Boil 1 tbsp. water with 3 tbsp. l salt, 3 tbsp. l brown sugar, 2 tsp. spices for pickles and 4 cloves of garlic. Add 1 tbsp. rum, then cool. Add diced pork tenderloin and marinate. String with pineapple. Grill kebab by pouring Jerk sauce in bottle. 11. BBQ pork. String chopped skewers diced pork loin and fry, greasing with barbecue sauce. 12. Kajun style pork kebab. Rub the diced pork loin 3 tbsp. l brown sugar and 2 tbsp. l kajun sauce. Pickle. String on skewers and fry, greasing with a mixture from 1/4 tbsp. apple cider vinegar and 1/4 tbsp. brown sugar. Ready Dunk the slices in Cajun sauce. 13. Pork with curry. Mix in mashed potatoes 2/3 Art. coconut milk, 1 tbsp. l paste Thai curry and lime juice, 3 tbsp. l peanut butter and salt. Marinate the diced pork loin in half the sauce. String and grill, serve barbecue with the remaining sauce. 14. Pork with fennel. Diced loin sprinkle with ground fennel seeds and salt, grease with olive oil. String on skewers with large pieces of bell pepper. Grill with lemon juice. 15. Pork kebab with pumpkin. String skewers diced into skewers and blanched nutmeg pumpkin. Season with coriander. Fry on grilled, greased with a mixture of 2 tbsp. l sherry vinegar, 1/4 tbsp. maple syrup, hot chipotle sauce and salt to taste. 16. Thai pork kebab. Mix 450 gr. pig minced meat, 3 tbsp. l chopped mint, cilantro and basil, 1 chopped shallots, 1 chopped hot chili pepper, 2 tbsp. l fish sauce and lime juice. Form ovals 5 cm in size, string and grill. Serve dipping slices in fish dip sauce. 17. Kufta made of pork with sesame seeds. Mix 450 gr. minced pork, 2 chopped green onion feathers, 2 tsp each. soybean sauce, grated garlic and grated ginger, 1/2 tsp. sesame seeds oils and salts. Make 2.5 cm balls and roll in seeds sesame seeds, then string on skewers and fry.
18. Kebab lamb with rosemary. Marinate diced lamb leg in the following mixture: 1/2 tbsp. olive oil juice 1 lemon, a little fresh rosemary, 3 crushed cloves of garlic, salt and pepper. String together with zucchini and fry skewers on grilling. Lamb skewers are best served with a sauce based on yogurt. 19. Classic lamb kebab. Shuffle diced lamb leg with 1 grated onion, 1/3 Art. olive oil, salt and pepper. String skewers with slices of lemon, onion and bell pepper, fry. 20. Lamb in Indian. Mix 1 tbsp. yogurt without additives, by 1/2 tbsp. chopped onions and cilantro, 2 tbsp. l spice garam masala and 1.25 tsp salt. Marinate the diced leg of lamb in this mixture. String and grill kebabs, serve with sauce tomato chutney. 21. Moroccan lamb kebab. Pound 3 cloves of garlic, 1 tbsp. To a pasty state. l coriander seeds, 1 tsp. cumin, paprika and salt. Mix with 110 column softened butter and grate chopped with this mixture diced leg of lamb. String on skewers and grill. 22. Dolmades with lamb. Prepare a kufta (No. 3) with minced meat from lamb. Wrap in grape leaves and string on skewers. Grease with olive oil and fry. 23. Lamb kebab in Israeli. Mix 450 gr. minced lamb with 1 tbsp. chopped onion, 1 tbsp. chopped parsley, add 2 tsp. paprika, salt and pepper. Form ovals of 5 cm, string and fry on the grill. 24. Mullof kebab. Form from your favorite mixture for meatloaf ovals 5 cm in size. String on skewers and fry, greasing with a mixture of tomato sauce with olive oil. Meatloaf “Mitlof”:

25. Nicoise with chicken. Mix chopped diced chicken breast, pancetta, olives and cherry tomatoes with olive oil, oregano and salt. String on skewers and fry. 26. Jerk chicken kebab. Pickle whole chicken thighs and large pieces of pineapple in the following mixture: 2 tbsp. l Jamaican seasoning “Jerk”, 1 tbsp. l vegetable oil and 2 tsp. lime juice. String on double skewers and fry. 27. Fajita s chicken. Grind 1/2 tbsp puree. olive oil handful cilantro, 2 peeled jalapenos, 2 cloves of garlic and salt. Add the diced chicken breast and marinate. String together with onion and sliced pepper. Fry grilled kebabs, lubricating with lime juice. 28. Kebab with Chicken the liver. Soak the chicken liver in milk for 1 hour. Then drain the milk, and dry the meat. String on skewers with large slices of bacon and peeled onion chipollini. Season with salt pepper and fry. 29. Chicken Sausage. Mix cut into 4 parts peaches with vegetable oil, fresh thyme and salt. String on skewers with ready-made chicken sausage and fry. 30. Smoke Chicken. Mix diced chicken breast with barbecue sauce with smoke, salt and chopped chipotle peppers in adobo sauce. String on skewers and fry. 31. Kebab with chicken Caesar. Mix 450 gr. minced chicken 2 tbsp. l Caesar sauce, 1/2 tbsp. Parmesan, 1/4 Art. breading crackers and 1 tsp. lemon zest. Form ovals, string on skewers and fry. Serve kebabs on romaine lettuce leaves bread and sauce. 32. Chicken kebab with curry. Mix 2/3 Art. coconut milk, 3 tbsp. l peanut butter, 1 tbsp. l Thai pasta curry and lime juice and salt. Marinate chopped diced chicken thighs in half the sauce. String with pieces bell pepper. Grill with grease sauce. 33. Chicken tikka masala. Marinate chopped diced chicken thighs in the following marinade: 1 tbsp. yogurt, 2 tbsp. l mixtures of garam masala, 1/2 tbsp. chopped cilantro, 1.5 tsp each. grated garlic and ginger, 1 tbsp. l lime juice, salt and cayenne pepper. String meat on skewers and fry. Serve with chutney from dried apricots and dates. 34. Teriyaki Chicken. Marinate chopped diced chicken thighs in 1/4 tbsp. teriyaki sauce and 1 tbsp. l vegetable oil. String on skewers and fry. 35. Kufta from turkeys. Preheat 1/3 tbsp. cranberry sauce with 1.5 tbsp. l barbecue sauce, 1.5 tbsp. l water, 2 tsp cider vinegar and salt. Mix 450 gr. ground turkey meat, 110 gr. minced pork belly and salt. Form balls, string on skewers and fry, greasing sauce. 36. Kebab with salmon. Marinate diced wild salmon filet in olive oil with chopped dill. String on skewers and fry. 37. Salmon with Hoisin Sauce. Marinate diced wild salmon in the next mixtures: 3 tbsp. l Hoisin sauce, 1 tbsp. l soy sauce rice wine, honey and olive oil. String skewers with slices green onions and fry. Serve dipping in barbecue sauce Hoisin .38. Greek shrimp kebab. Pickle large shrimp mixed with olive oil, chopped marjoram, dill and garlic. String skewers with grape tomatoes and lemon slices. Fry kebabs and serve with feta. 39. Shrimp with sesame seeds. Mix 1.5 tbsp. l olive oil, 1.5 tbsp. l water, 2 tsp. rice vinegar fried sesame seeds and soy sauce, 1/2 tsp. sesame oil. Stir the shrimp with this sauce. String on skewers and fry. 40. Spanish Chorizo Shrimps. Pickle large shrimps and slices of chorizo sausage in the following mixture: 1/4 each Art. olive oil and chopped fried red pepper, 1 Art. l cognac, a little finely chopped parsley and garlic. Shrimp the chorizo circles, string on skewers and fry. 41. Shrimps with chipotle. Mix 1/4 tbsp. sauce barbecue, juice of half an orange, 3 tbsp. l chopped peppers chipotle in adobo sauce and salt. Set aside a quarter of the mixture, the rest marinate the shrimp. String them on skewers and fry, greasing the mixture left.
42. Kebab with bacon and scallops. Boil Bacon Strips for 5 minutes, then cut into pieces. Shuffle the sea scallops with 1 tbsp. l olive oil, 1 tsp smoked paprika and with salt. String together with slices of lemon and bacon, grill. 43. Mackerel “a la plancha”. String on skewers 10 cm slices of mackerel fillet (pre-make small notches across the fillet). Grease with olive oil, salt and grill the skewers. Sprinkle with smoked paprika, serve with slices of lemon. 44. Rolls with swordfish. Pieces of swordfish drizzle with lemon juice, sprinkle with parsley, salt and pepper. Put thinly sliced zucchini on top, twist, wrapping in sage leaves. String on skewers with slices of lemon and tomato. Grease with olive oil and fry. Grilled fillet swordfish can be served with fresh salsa and pickled fern. 45. Kebab with vegetables. Pickle large slices of zucchini, eggplant and bell pepper in a mixture of olive oil, rosemary and garlic. String on skewers and fry kebab, greasing with lemon juice. Season with salt. Rub to pasty condition 3 cloves of garlic, 1 tbsp. l coriander seeds and olive oil, 1 tsp. cumin, paprika and salt. Spread this mix into large pieces of zucchini, eggplant and bell pepper.
