It turns out very beautiful and satisfying, very easy to prepare. Make a cake out zucchini can even a novice hostess. The cake is delicious as in hot and cold.
Squash cake
For cooking, we need:
- 1 kg of zucchini or zucchini
- 3 eggs
- 5 tablespoons of flour with a slide
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 4 medium tomatoes
- 250 g mayonnaise
- 5 cloves of garlic
- dill
So, let’s start cooking squash cake:

Squeeze the garlic in mayonnaise and mix. Lubricate 1/4 part mayonnaise one scone, put thin slices of tomato, sprinkle finely chopped dill. Cover with a second tortilla. Top second grease the cakes again with a portion of mayonnaise and sprinkle with grated cheese with dill.
