This salad perfectly combines different textures and tastes of it ingredients. Elastic chewing spelled, soft white beans and juicy watercress complemented by tender shrimps fried in oven in grill mode, and watered with tart dressing based lemon juice, peppermint and olive oil. Together with a spicy water Cress dressing fills the salad with bright flavors. Overfill a little in a separate bowl and serve next to the salad so that anyone can dunk shrimp in it.

Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1 tbsp. spelled
- 0.7 kg thoroughly cleaned intestinal vein shrimp thoroughly washed and dried
- 0.5 tbsp. olive oil
- Half lime juice
- 2 tbsp. l chopped mint
- Juice of half a lemon
- 1 can 425 gr. canned white beans carefully washed
- 1 bunch of watercress, cut stems stiff

Recipe preparation:
- Soak the spelled in warm water for about 20 minutes. Drain the water and rinse the cereal thoroughly. Pour into a medium-sized pot enough water to cover the spelled 2 cm above. Cover cover the pan and bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and cook at a low boil. Add a pinch of salt and cook about 30 minutes. Spelled should be soft, but slightly chewy. Drain water, and then transfer the spelled to a bowl and mix with 2 tbsp. l olive oil.
- Preheat the oven in grill mode.
- Mix shrimp with 2 tbsp. l olive oil, salt, and pepper lime juice. Place on an even layer on a baking sheet and fry in the oven 10 minutes, mixing in the middle of frying. Allow to cool slightly.
- Prepare a salad dressing by mixing in a small the remaining bank 1/4 tbsp. olive oil, peppermint, and lemon juice some salt and pepper. Close the lid and shake so that everything to mix.
- Combine spelled, beans and watercress in a large bowl with half refueling. Salt and pepper to taste. Before serving transfer the salad to a large dish and lay the shrimp on top. Serve with the remaining dressing in a separate bowl.
