In a large bowl, mix 280 g. peeled brussels sprouts, 1 Art. cut in half grapes and 0.5 tbsp. chopped fried pecans. Slice and fry 2 thin slices of bacon in pan with olive oil, about 5 minutes. Add 1 chopped shallots and cook until it softens, about 3 minutes. Stir in 3 tbsp. l red wine vinegar and 2 tsp. mustard. Put on top of Brussels sprouts. Salt, pepper and mix the salad.
