Whole Grain Oatmeal Waffles

  • 2 tbsp. whole grain flour
  • 0.5 tbsp. oatmeal
  • Protein 4 large eggs
  • 1/8 tsp soda
  • 1/4 tsp fine salt
  • Culinary spray to sprinkle a waffle iron
  • Maple Syrup

Recipe preparation:

  1. Pour water into a large bowl and pour the yeast on top; give stand until foam, about 5 minutes. Add the yogurt, peanut butter, sugar and flour and mix until homogeneous mass. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place in the fridge for the night.
  2. Preheat the waffle iron. Stir in oatmeal and egg dough proteins, baking soda and salt. Sprinkle hot waffle iron lightly culinary spray.
  3. Pour in approximately 1/3 tbsp. dough in each section, and spread it to the edges with the back of the spoon. Fry until waffles will not become crispy and golden, 5-7 minutes. Repeat that same with the remaining test. Serve maple waffles syrup.
