Ingredients for the recipe:
- 200 gr. white chocolate broken into very small pieces
- 12 fresh blackberries for decoration
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 tbsp. l Sahara
- 1/4 Art. fat cream and another 1 tbsp.
- Mint leaves for decoration, optional

Recipe preparation:
- Put crushed chocolate in a large glass bowl and Set aside. In a small bowl, place the egg yolks and sugar and beat until the yolks turn pale. In a saucepan on a weak bring the fire 1/4 tbsp. cream to a boil. Pour in slowly cream in a mixture of yolks and sugar. Pour the mixture back into the saucepan. and knead with a wooden spoon until thickened.
- Strain the hot mixture through a fine sieve into a bowl of chocolate. Stir until smooth. Whisk in another bowl. the remaining 1 tbsp. cream until almost stable peaks. Add half the whipped cream to the chocolate mixture to lighten it. Then add the remaining cream. Chocolate mousse put in a spoon in a serving bowl and put in the refrigerator about 1 hour to solidify. Decorate 3 per serving. blackberries and mint leaves (optional).
