White Chocolate Mousse

Recipe for white chocolate mousse cooked on yolks with whipped cream. Mousse served in a bowl with fresh berries blackberry and decorated with mint leaves. Share with friends: Photo of White Chocolate Mousse Time: 1 hour. 25 minutes Complexity: average Servings: 4 The recipes use volumetric containers with a volume of: 1 glass (st.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (Art.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml 1 tablespoon (tbsp.) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 200 gr. white chocolate broken into very small pieces
  • 12 fresh blackberries for decoration
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 tbsp. l Sahara
  • 1/4 Art. fat cream and another 1 tbsp.
  • Mint leaves for decoration, optional

Recipe preparation:

  1. Put crushed chocolate in a large glass bowl and Set aside. In a small bowl, place the egg yolks and sugar and beat until the yolks turn pale. In a saucepan on a weak bring the fire 1/4 tbsp. cream to a boil. Pour in slowly cream in a mixture of yolks and sugar. Pour the mixture back into the saucepan. and knead with a wooden spoon until thickened.
  2. Strain the hot mixture through a fine sieve into a bowl of chocolate. Stir until smooth. Whisk in another bowl. the remaining 1 tbsp. cream until almost stable peaks. Add half the whipped cream to the chocolate mixture to lighten it. Then add the remaining cream. Chocolate mousse put in a spoon in a serving bowl and put in the refrigerator about 1 hour to solidify. Decorate 3 per serving. blackberries and mint leaves (optional).
