White chocolate candy

These chocolate candies come out really good, even though they and not quite candy, and not quite chocolate (due to lack of cocoa powder). The recipe is quite flexible. Instead of cashews, excellent walnuts will do, and dried cranberries will fit no worse than cherries. Also, white chocolate can be replaced with dark or milk. Candies melt quickly, not only figuratively, but also in the literal sense of the word, therefore, before serving, it is better to store them in a cool месте.
