Tyler Florence begins making watercress sandwich, avocado and eggs, coarsely chopping boiled eggs, then adds to him a few drops of mayonnaise and mustard to get oily mass softening the spice of watercress.
If you have never dealt with watercress before, still next time buy it at the store. This leafy green is a little bitter, so it’s especially good when combined with eggs and avocados, which have a creamy consistency. Since the sandwich is made from fried whole grain bread, a layer of refreshing avocado, and also watercress leaves, instead of the usual lettuce leaves, then Tyler ensures that the sandwich is crispy.

Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1/2 bunch watercress (remove stems)
- 6 eggs
- 1 sliced along the avocado (pre-cut in half and, twisting the slices, remove the stone)
- 1/4 Art. mayonnaise, plus a little more for greasing bread (for wish)
- 1 tsp mustard
- Juice 1/2 Lemon
- Salt and ground black pepper
- 8 slices of fried whole grain bread

Recipe preparation:
- Put eggs in a saucepan, fill with water and cook for 10 minutes. Drain water, cool under cold running water and clean. Large mash eggs in a bowl with mayonnaise, mustard and lemon juice. Salt and pepper.
- Spread 4 slices of whole grain bread with mayonnaise (each desire). Put about 1/4 of the avocado slices on each. The next layer is 1/4 of the egg salad. Put the salad on top watercress shoots. Cover each sandwich with a second slice bread and serve.
