Warm Rice Noodle Salad

  • 250 g beef
  • 100 g of cherry tomatoes
  • 100 g string beans
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 20 g ginger
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp grows oil
  • Rice noodles
  • Salt to taste

Recipe preparation:

  1. Cut frozen beef into thin strips. Tomatoes cut into halves, chop the garlic. Ginger peel grind.
  2. Fry the beef in oil for 3 minutes, add the garlic and beans, mix, cook for 5 minutes. Then add ginger and tomatoes, cook another 3 minutes.
  3. Dip the rice noodles in boiling water and leave for 5 minutes, then drain the water.
  4. Combine all ingredients.
