- Fresh okra pods cut in half, lengthwise. Cooking for a couple of about 5 minutes.
- My bell pepper, cleanse from seeds, tail and partitions.
- Wash green onions, dry. Finely chop the onion and pepper.
- In vegetable oil, fry bell pepper with onions.
- Spread the finished okra on a plate, pour with soy sauce. Garnish with onion and bell pepper.
