  1. Let’s make the sauce. To do this, mix soy sauce in a saucepan, dry ingredients (ginger, garlic, sugar), vegetable oil, wine vinegar or lemon juice) and starch, previously divorced in water.   3. Meanwhile, carrots and peppers are cut into strips. To the pan put on medium heat, pour vegetable oil and spread first carrots (pass 2-3 minutes) and then bell pepper (We also pass 3 more minutes). Then take out the vegetables from pans.
  4. Fried marinated chicken meat quickly over high heat 5-7 minutes, add ready-made vegetables (carrots with pepper) and remove from the fire.
  5. Serve chicken with teriyaki sauce with your favorite side dish, watering the remaining sauce and, if desired, sprinkled with sesame seeds. Enjoy your appetite ???
