Asian-style meat with spicy rice: video recipe

Rice for cooking at home can be used both white and wild, and brown (Indica), like mine. In Chinese cuisine, rice is boiled in advance, and then mixed with meat, vegetables, mushrooms, spices, fried in a wok. If you still have boiled rice from dinner, or you cooked rolls, cook such spicy rice – it’s fast and delicious!

  1. Boil the rice in water with added salt until tender.
  2. Peel and chop the onions in half rings.
  3. Pickle meat: add onion, vegetable oil to the meat, salt, chili pepper, black pepper, ginger. Good mix, rinse the onions, put in the refrigerator for half an hour.
  4. Heat the pan. Fry the marinated meat on dry pan for 5 minutes.
  5. Add boiled rice to the meat and sauté for another 2 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving and add a little soya sauce. Enjoy your meal!
